Fate and Flame Return and Refund Policies:

Services Policy: 

Due to the nature of the services, no refunds are given after services are rendered. No guarantees of specific outcomes as a result of services rendered are made. Services and advice given within services are not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological treatment, legal or medical advice, or your personal judgement. 

Fate and Flame Appointment Reschedule/Cancelation Policy: 

All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. In case an emergency should arise and you need to reschedule or cancel last-minute, please email fateandflame@gmail.com to do so. 

All no-shows to appointments will be charged a $50 fee as a professional courtesy. 

Fate and Flame Products Policy:

CANCELATIONS: Order cancellations are accepted BEFORE shipping has occurred. 

SAFETY: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Fate & Flame isn't responsible for damages incurred from misuse or misapplication of our products. When a consumer purchases a product from Fate and Flame, the consumer is responsible for using the product responsibly.

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the products, no returns or refunds are offered (unless damage occurs during transit, please see below). 

PRODUCT DAMAGES: Fate and Flame packs products for shipping with great care. However, should damage occur during transit, please contact fateandflame@gmail.com and provide pictures of the damage. Photos are required. A claim will be filed on your behalf and the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Fate & Flame cannot refund shipping charges. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyers are responsible for tariffs and fees relating to their delivery. All Fate and Flame products ship from the US. 

UK / EU CUSTOMERS: You must contact me within 14 days of the date of your package's delivery for anything related to the EU Consumer Protection law. Your products must be undamaged and unused. You are responsible for any fees incurred during this process.
