Shipping policy
We pack our one-of-a-kind devotional products with great care. However, should damage occur during transit, please contact fateandflame@gmail.com and provide pictures of the damage. A claim will be filed with USPS on your behalf and the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Fate & Flame makes no profit on shipping charges, therefore Fate & Flame cannot refund any shipping charges. Please use great care when opening any damaged packages, as some of our products contain glass.
Fate & Flame isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your shipping carrier to request a trace for all lost packages.
All packages are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Please provide correct & updated shipping information. If you need to correct your shipping information and your order has not yet shipped, please contact fateandflame@gmail.com with your order number and updated shipping address ASAP. You may be charged for any additional shipping costs. If a package has already been shipped to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and any rerouting fees they require. Fate & Flame does not replace packages due to address errors.
