Who are your products for?

F&F products are for anyone creating sacred spaces within the environment or within the self 🧘 F&F products can be placed anywhere in the home, office, yoga studio, or storefront. Some are also travel-friendly! Whether it’s a bath or bed room, desk, altar, or even your car - F&F offers beautiful vibes for all of your sacred spaces.

Are your products only for magic or witchcraft?

Most F&F products can be used for many purposes, magical or not. Because F&F was created by a spiritual human, many products are specifically created (and labeled) for magical or spiritual use. How you use them is up to you. 

I’m not a magical or spiritual person, can I use your products? 

It’s not my permission that you need, only your own 🖤

How long does shipping take?

1-3 business days are needed to lovingly pack and ship your order. There’s no shipping on pagan holidays, national holidays, or weekends. The length of time that your order is in transit depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you’re under a time-crunch, please upgrade your shipping and send us a message 😊

When will my favorite product come back in stock?

Fate & Flame products are handmade in small batches. It may take up to 5 business days to mindfully create new products for purchase. Note that some products may not come back into stock for a while (if at all), such as Limited Edition products and those aligned with astrological events. If you have questions, please send a message 💜

What kind of wax do you use in your candles and wax melts? 

F&F uses the highest quality, non-toxic vegetable wax blends available. These wax blends also produce excellent fragrance throw and optimal burning. They’re vegan and cruelty free, always.

Is your fragrance non-toxic and safe?

Yes!!! F&F fragrances are all phthalate-free, and will remain so forever. F&F fragrances are proprietary blends of non-toxic, human-made fragrance oils and natural essential oils. All are cruelty free and vegan. 

What kind of wicks do you use in your candles?

F&F uses the highest quality, natural and non-toxic wicks available. Vegan & cruelty-free. As with all our materials, we like to keep it natural without sacrificing quality 🕯️

What is your return policy?

Since I’m one human hand-making products in small batches, returns are not accepted. However, I want you to be as happy with your order as I am with creating it! Please contact me with any issues and refer to our Refund Policy for additional info💜


Fate & Flame Service FAQ

What can I expect when I purchase a service?

Once you purchase a service, you will be contacted with the email address you provided at checkout. A service time will be scheduled with you for a live service (Tarot readings, Akashic records readings, Astrology Readings), or the service will be scheduled to be completed on your behalf (all other services).

You will be provided with a timeline for when the service is to be completed. For unique and specialized services that require a prolonged period of work, an estimated date of completion will be provided to you. Please see individual service listings for how the service will be delivered to you for more details.

How long will it take to schedule my service?

For live services, you will be contacted within one business day of purchasing the service to set up a time to digitally meet.

Scheduling of live services depends on current availability within my schedule, which is subject to change with the flow of life. Availability of scheduling on weekends is limited. There is no scheduling of services on holidays. 

For distance services, you will be contacted within one business day of purchase if no information was provided at checkout. If information was provided at checkout, you will be contacted with a timeline for when your distance service will be completed. Services such as Distance Reiki are completed within 5 business days.

How long will it take to complete my distance service?

The timeline it takes to complete your distance service depends on the service itself. 

For Distance Reiki, Spell Work Consultations, Trance Prophecy Readings, Candle Wax Readings, and Spell Results Readings, the timeline is typically 1-5 business days. 

For Deep Cleansing Rituals and House Clearings, the timeline for completion could be up to 30 days depending on your situation. Both of these services are highly-specialized services and are worked within moon cycles/astrological timing, so scheduling to begin your service may take up to 15 days. After your service has begun, depending on the nature and necessary duration of the service, it could take an additional 15 days to complete. 

The quality of the services will never be sacrificed to time. Your patience is appreciated and necessary.

What is your refund policy on services?

Due to the nature of the services offered and the time/effort it takes to complete a service on your behalf, there are no refunds once the service has been completed. There's no way to undo a service once it's been completed and no way to undo the time and effort spent to complete your service. There are no  guarantees about specific outcomes as a result of purchasing a service or having a service completed on your behalf. Please see the Refund Policy for more info.

Client Etiquette

What is client etiquette?

Client etiquette is respectful behavior in words and actions. Client etiquette includes: 

  • Respectful communication, both in the words used and the frequency of communication. 
  • Respect of time. Showing up on time for appointments and respecting time-limits of appointments.
  • Respect of effort. Paying promptly for services and adhering to the information outlined in the Refund Policy.

What are your policies for client etiquette?

Clients and customers are expected to behave with respect and integrity. Fate & Flame reserves the right to terminate the professional/client relationship at any point in time.

The following behaviors aren't tolerated:

  • Excessive emails, messages, or contact form requests.
  • Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks filed with financial institutions.
  • Disrespectful or intimidating language, behavior, or threats.

Fate & Flame reserves the right to refuse service and sales at any point in time. Fate & Flame is not obligated to respond to excessive emails or communication and will not tolerate harassment. Fate & Flame reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. 

How can I support your business as a client?

Support is always appreciated! You can support Fate & Flame by:
